Lakeside Real Estate was established at Belmont in 1996 by Susanne Price. After years of working in the Real Estate industry Susanne decided to open up an independent agency.
Being independent allows her to run the business her way, set her own fee structure allowing the savings to be passed on to her landlords. Susanne’s main priority is to have the freedom to still be an active working property manager, whilst also being an office manager and the Licensee.

Lakeside was set up as a family business, with old fashioned service and values, an unconventional office sometimes due to the friendly relationship between staff tenants and landlords, but when you walk in you are greeted with a smile, and welcomed as if your one of the family. It’s these old fashioned values that have lead Susanne to volunteer her time to the Belmont Chamber of Commerce for 15years holding the position of President for the last 10yrs, Susanne has also run for local council as an independent and is on the board of Directors for the local Swansea Workers Club.

Kristen Carter is learning the skills required to be an office manager and fully qualified Property Consultant, she is a very warm friendly person who is always ready for a challenge. Kristen was the first to embrace the use of an iPad for doing our annual inspections, they are now proving to be an invaluable tool when doing the inspections and taking photos to document maintenance issues. Kristen’s two children aged 15 and 6 can do a final inspection equal to a seasoned property manager, they too may follow in their grandmothers footsteps.

We have two office support workers who work within the office and when you call you may get Toni or Helen as part of the team they will endeavour to assist our clients or people at the front desk with the same warm friendly service we are renowned for in the Belmont and surrounding areas.

Over the past 30 years in the industry we have built up a very reliable cost effective team of trade’s people, from licenced painter’s plumber’s electricians to the handy man, however we will also use our client’s tradesman. Our aim is to take the stress and worry away from property investment and maintenance.
