Susanne Price has been in this industry for over 40yrs and during this time she has worked for a couple of local agencies and a Queensland property development company assisting in the development of 2 residential estates in Medowie. For the past 30yrs she has worked at establishing her own business Lakeside Real Estate.Susanne is involved in many different things and is never afraid to stand up for something she feels passionate about, the welfare of the Belmont community saw Susanne join then serve as the President of Belmont Chamber of Commerce for over 10yrs then in 2013 Council rate increases and sea level rise changes to properties saw her standing for the local Council elections as a candidate with Back to Basics. It has been her dedication to the community and residents of Belmont that has seen Lakeside Real Estate grow to the business it is today. Susanne manages her properties with one golden rule “If she wouldn’t rent them her property she won’t rent them yours.”
