- Fully computerised office able to prepare all tenancy documents including tenancy agreements, condition reports & photos.
- Annual inspections with written report and photos of any maintenance issues, rent reviews every 12mths, effective arrears control by SMS letters and personal visits then Tribunal application.
- We offer free co-ordination and supervision of property maintenance ensuring your property is maintained to your standards.
- Maintained by our office and available to you or your accountant at all times is a full financial history for you, and full details including copies of all bills paid for your property.
- End and mid-month payments available for landlords and creditors with yearly financial statements sent out with your June End of Month.
